Exquisite Cleanup & Disposal is owned and run by Javier Tarin. When you call, you get Javier, and he's the one who comes out to see the job and give you a price.
We're licensed and insured, we show up with our own equipment, and we don't consider a job finished until the site is cleaned up.
Exquisite Painting Perfections LLC
Javier also owns a BBB Accredited residential and commercial painting company with over 25 years of experience. If the property needs painting once it's cleared out, the same owner can take care of that too.

Yes. Javier will look at the job and give you a price with no cost and no obligation.
What's the fastest way to get a price?
Text a few photos of the job to 575.621.1941 with the address. For a lot of jobs that's enough for a quick ballpark, and Javier can come out for anything bigger.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, Exquisite Cleanup & Disposal LLC is licensed and insured.
Is there anything you can't haul?
Some items, like chemicals, paint, tires and other hazardous materials, have special disposal rules. Mention them when you call and Javier will tell you what can go and what needs another route.
Do you work with contractors and landlords?
Yes. We do demo ahead of other trades, haul debris after, and turn over rental units and lots between tenants.
